Shia LaBeouf To Need Surgeory After DUI Accident Shia LaBeouf was arrested this morning on suspicion of felony DUI after he allegedly made an illegal left, crashing into another car, causing Shias to roll. Reportedly the passenger with Shia sustained only minor head head injury. Also reports are saying that Shia had 'seriously' injured his hand and will need surgery.
